Manuscript Submission

Author Guidelines:

All papers must be novel and not simultaneously submitted to another conference/journal. All the manuscripts should be submitted via conference Email icscs.conf@gmail.com in DOCX (WORD)/PDF format as per the format. Maximum number of pages allowed will be 6-8. Authors should ensure that the similarity score of their research paper is not above 15%. Manuscripts having similarity score more than 10% shall not be processed.

In submitting any kind of research contribution, the author(s) agree that, upon acceptance, they will prepare the final manuscript in time for inclusion into the published proceedings and will present the paper at the conference.

Paper Formatting

Authors should consult ’s authors’ guidelines and use their proceedings templates, either for LaTeX or for Word, for the preparation of their papers.

Notification Categories

At the end of the reviewing procedure of the research track, submitted contributions will have three possible statuses.

  1. Some research contributions will be accepted in the category and the author[s] will be provided with official acceptance letter and instructed to submit final documents.
  2. Some others may be redirected and conditionally accepted after updating the paper based on review comments.
  3. Some submissions will not be accepted for the research track of ICSCS 2024. However, some papers will be rejected due to high plagiarism without providing any reviewer comments.

Ethical guidelines

  • All submitted papers must be original work of the authors and must not have been previously published or be under consideration for publication elsewhere.
  • Authors should disclose any potential conflicts of interest that could be perceived as influencing the research or its interpretation.
  • Authors are responsible for the accuracy of the data and results presented in their papers. Manipulation or falsification of data is considered unethical.

Plagiarism Policy

  • All submissions will be checked for plagiarism using software.
  • Papers with more than 30% plagiarism will be rejected without a review process.
  • Authors who are found to have committed plagiarism or other forms of academic misconduct may face consequences such as paper disqualification, notification to the author's institution, and exclusion from future conference participation.
